Essotto and/or its numerous distributors and third-party suppliers only offer the services of the Site and each of its components.

Terms and Conditions

Your use of the Site, including your use of the information services provided on the Site, is subject to the terms and conditions listed below (the "Conditions").

You are deemed to have consented to each condition and notice contained in this site without modification by accessing, using, viewing, sending, caching, or storing this site or any of its services, features, materials, or contents. Arbitrations

Any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to and ultimately resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in Bangalore as the location. A single arbitrator will comprise the Tribunal. English shall be the sole language used in the arbitration. It is agreed that Indian law will govern this arbitration agreement. Indian law will be used to interpret and apply the terms of this agreement.

Jurisdiction

The courts in Bangalore will have the sole jurisdiction.
