Cancellation Policy for Reservation, Deposit, Refund & No-Show Policy.

  • For non-refundable bookings, no cancellation or changes are possible. Some bookings are non-refundable, and modification depends on daily availability.
  • Executive Pods bookings are non-refundable.
  • You may cancel your booking before 48 hours with minimum charges.
  • If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90% - 100% of the reservation will be charged.
  • If you have made your Reservation by any of our OTA’S of our Hotel, please return to where your Reservation was made to verify your cancellation policy or look at the confirmation email which you received.
  • Modifying your reservation in the length or dates of a reservation may result in a rate change.
  • All pre-paid Promotional rates are non-amendable, non-cancellable and non-refundable. If the reservation is not cancelled or changed, then charges will be applicable for no-show.
  • Early check-in or late check out is subjected to Bed / Room / Executive Pods availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the front office staff.
  • A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM and late check-out from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. If check-in Before 07:00 AM, then Full Room / Executive Pods Rate will be chargeable again depending on availability.
  • Cancellation / No Show Policy: Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by email on booking@essotto.com of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 3 days before arrival for FIT bookings and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings in order to avoid charges.
  • For a long stay reservation, if a guest gets checked out early, the amount will not be refundable.
  • Local guests must produce valid Govt. IDs, and for foreigners, a passport upon check-in. For any early check-out, there will be a one-night early check-out penalty imposed. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of the full rate will be charged.
  • Please make advance reservations via telephone or book online to ensure room availability.
  • Advance in Cash or deposit/online Payment is mandatory to obtain the confirmed reservation. Please read the cancellation policy before obtaining the confirmed reservation.
  • Rates displayed online are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher is generated. The rates are generally dynamic in nature. Once a rate is selected and a transaction is executed by you, no other rate is applicable either higher or lower, and no refund is admissible.
  • Currency conversions are estimates and are provided as information only. The bill on check-out for stay shall be charged in the hotel’s local currency.
  • Essotto Recreation Hub also called as Essotto Private Limited.
  • All promotion/sale rates are restrictive fares and are non-refundable. Certain promotion/sale Rates do not permit any changes in the hotel booking. Executive Pods are non-refundable. Please check restrictions on the rate while booking. Under all promotion(s)/sale rates, limited inventory is available on select Room type(s) only on a first-come, first-served basis. Essotto Recreation Hub / Essotto Private Limited reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend the promotion/sale without any prior notice.
  • All extra services & amenities not part of this offer will be available at an additional charge only.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other offer/promotion or benefit(s) available through any loyalty program run by Essotto Recreation Hub / Essotto Private Limited or any third party.
  • In case of non-availability of a pre-booked room at the time of arrival, the hotel will offer an alternate similar standard hotel/ in a similar room type, at its discretion and without any further liability.
  • Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservations against the advance payment.
  • All rates are subject to prevailing GST as applicable on room / Executive pods tariff & services opted.
  • On cancellation of a refundable booking, the refund processing will take time between 3-5 business working days to show the refund back on your original mode of payment. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on the billing cycle of your card company and processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors such as the hotel’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation, and processing fees, etc. For more details, refer to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
  • In case the reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit/Debit card and release the whole amount if any that was held on it immediately. Now after we do this, it will still take 3-5 business working days for the bank to process the refund and to show the refunded amount on your credit/ Debit card.
